San Polo is a studio apartment for two people located in the beautiful area of San Polo. It is very close to the majestic Church of Frari and the colorful piazza San Giacomo dell'Orio. It is also a short walk to the commercial heart of Venice of the Rialto Mercato with its daily markets and stores.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is decorated in a very modern style. The one- room space has been transformed into a cozy and warm atmosphere, with nice touches. Everything is done in white, and the floors are wood. The sofa bed, which sleeps two people, has a standard mattress so that it is quite comfortable. The kitchenette is well equipped with a cook top and oven, refrigerator/freezer, double stainless steel sink and counter area with stools. There is a satellite TV mounted on the wall, and there is a stereo. The modern bathroom has a shower and is well designed.

Access to apartment San Polo is through a large private courtyard (about 40 square meters, about 400 square feet) that is furnished with a table and chairs. This courtyard is at the disposal of the guests. There is also a washing machine in the building that can be used by the guests. San Polo has air conditioning and heating. Utilities are included in the weekly rental price.
