In addition to the areas of Italy shown on this Website, Italian Vacation Villas can provide vacation homes in other parts of Italy.

The northern lakes of Italy are popular destinations. We offer two properties with lake views on beautiful Lake Maggiore. One property sleeps 8 people, and the other sleeps 12 people. Lake Maggiore has a mild climate, magnificent towns and splendid gardens for sightseeing. People enjoy taking a lake ferry to the three Borromean Islands to visit a quaint fishing village and historic palaces.

The region of Le Marche is becoming better known and popular. We offer a lovely restored 18th century hunting lodge that sleeps 12 people. It is near the inland town of Fossombrone and the seaside towns of Fano and Pesaro, and is within an hour's drive of the airport at Ancona.

The seaside section of our website contains a number of our properties. For those interested in the Cinque Terre, we have several weekly rentals, including two independent villas in the town of Monterosso al Mare. In the seaside village of Portovenere, there are several apartments with terraces; there is regular ferry service to the Cinque Terre from Portovenere.

For those wishing to explore the fascinating island of Sardinia, we offer a lovely villa on the northern coast of the island that sleeps 10 people and has a swimming pool encompassing fabulous views.
